We have the ground floor of Trefoil House for Saturday night, including a room for sleeping, a large equipped kitchen and gender neutral toilet facilities. It will cost you £10 for the night.
Arrivals at Trefoil House are from 3pm-6pm, and then someone will be there to let you back in after the ball. You can stay until 9.30am on Sunday, which is perfect if you are heading off to the Spoons breakfast.
The address for Trefoil House is
2 Ellis St
Birmingham
B1 1HL
The what3words is ///most.hurray.awards.
It is a 7 minute walk from Birmingham New Street, and a 14 minute walk from the venue. There is limited parking available at Trefoil House, however we would need to email ahead and get parking passes. Please email us if you would like parking at Trefoil House, which will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. There is no parking for minibuses/coaches here either. If you can’t park at Trefoil House, there are plenty of long stay car parks throughout the city centre.
Put Trefoil House into your navigation app of choice to help you walk there. Using google maps in the city centre can be quite confusing and your publicity officer (who is writing this) has gotten lost many times trying to get to Trefoil House. You want to exit New Street onto Station Street, which can be achieved by taking the exit by Wetherspoons.
Since our ball venue is a hotel, there is the option of staying onsite! Rooms are available from a relatively reasonable £77 per night, so have a look on websites such as booking.com. There are also a large range of options for hotels in the city centre, which should be able to accommodate you at every price point.
There are other apartments and holiday homes in the city centre which you can look into, since we are such a big city there are many options. Birmingham is well connected by public transport if you want to stay somewhere further out of the city centre.
If you experience any issues in the booking process, please contact webmaster@ssago.org.
